Introduction

The original content on this site was written by Myself (John) and members of my family and friends.  We are not medically qualified.  Some names & events have been withheld or changed to respect the feelings & privacy of others.

My intention as creator of the site is to put the whole issue of my Bipolar down in non technical terms. I created it after coming through a period of severe depression when I had reached a more or less stable mood.

I hope you get something from reading my account of a fascinating subject and maybe find it amusing in places. Although the subject is a serious one let us not lose our sense of humour.  Why not complete the self-diagnostic questionnaire even if you are not bipolar, it may surprise you. Questionnaire

The site is illustrated with many pictures of famous faces.  It never ceases to amaze me just how many famous people have the illness.
